How many cleaners do you send?

We have options to send solo cleaners, teams of two, and teams of three.

Do I need to be there for the cleaning?

Not if you don’t want to be. Many of our customers are at home when we arrive, some let us in and leave, and still others give us keys that we have on file at our shop.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

We are fully bonded, insured, and licensed. All our cleaners have cleared an FBI background check and driving record check.

How do I request changes to my schedule or service?

Message us before your cleaning if you’d like to add on windows or appliance cleanings. If you need to skip a cleaning, no worries at all, we can schedule that as well. We communicate via phone, text, and email.
