FAQs
Does someone have to be on-site?
All the churches we work with provide us with keys and codes for their facilities so that they don’t have to schedule meeting times with us. If you would prefer to be on-site we can absolutely meet with you each cleaning.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
We are fully bonded, insured, and licensed. All our cleaners have cleared an FBI background check and driving record check.
How do I request changes to my schedule or service?
Just email, call, or text us and we can often accommodate changes within a few days if possible
